This holiday home + summer house are situated in Katwijk aan Zee in an ideal and quiet location, only one minute from the beach and the centre. The house is rented out all year round, usually to families or partner communities. 
In the high season (July and August) there is a minimum rental period of seven days. 

Holiday home Emmastraat :
The living room has seating, a TV  Netflix
(NL) radio, Blu-Ray player and wireless internet.
The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances such as a cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee maker (Senseo), microwave, dishwasher and kettle. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second small bedroom has a bunk bed for two people. The third bedroom is in the loft with three single beds.
If needed, a folding bed can be placed in the double bedroom.
The modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet has been newly renovated.
The house also has a washing machine and dryer. On the terrace there is a place with teak garden furniture and there is an electric barbecue.

Summerhouse Emmastraat :
The summer house is located in the Koningin Emmastraat in Katwijk aan Zee, ideally situated within walking distance of the shopping centre, beach and sea. The entrance of the summer house leads into the living room with an open kitchen and the bathroom. The living room has a laminate floor. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas cooker and an extractor fan. Kitchen utensils are provided as well as a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle.
